27-year-old woman arrested in Florida for DUI this week. The arrest came after she was pulled over for driving 20 miles per hour over the speed limit in Holmes Beach. In addition to speeding, she was apparently unable to walk a straight line during her field sobriety tests (FST). The Manatee County Sheriff's Office report apparently states that the woman could barely stand when she took her field sobriety test, and she was arrested after she told a deputy, "I'm done and I don't want to look like a fool."
The woman allegedly admitted to drinking at a bachelorette dinner on the way to the station. She also apparently blamed her arrest on her bridesmaid status as she was reported saying, "This is what I get for being a bridesmaid." The woman was released after posting a $1,500.00 bond for her DUI charge.
