Former adult film star Jenna Jameson pled not guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) after striking a light pole in California this May. Prosecutors state that tests showed her blood alcohol content (BAC) was .05 percent above the state's legal limit.
Jameson was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a blood alcohol content over the state legal limit (in South Carolina, this charge is known as driving with unlawful alcohol concentration or DUAC) and driving on a suspended license. Jameson's DUI lawyer told reporters that his client declined to comment.
