Austin Anderson
Mr. Anderson was raised in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, attending Charleston County public schools. He attended Clemson University where he received a degree in mechanical engineering, graduating cum laude. Prior to law school, he worked for South Carolina Electric and Gas as a design engineer in Charleston.
Mr. Anderson went on to get his law degree from the University of South Carolina, graduating cum laude in 2010. While in law school he was a Member of the ABA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal and a Member of the Moot Court Bar, Order of the Barristers. Mr. Anderson was admitted to practice in South Carolina in 2010, and practiced law in Columbia and Summerville, SC before partnering with Taylor Schuster to form Anderson & Schuster, Attorneys at Law, LLC in 2012.
Mr. Anderson now serves clients in the Summerville, Charleston, North Charleston, Moncks Corner, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Goose Creek, Hanahan, James Island and West Ashley areas. Mr. Anderson’s practice areas include DUI Defense, residential real estate closings, personal injury, auto and truck accidents, probate administration and estate planning. Mr. Anderson has experience representing clients in the Magistrate, Municipal, Circuit, Administrative, Probate, and Family Courts. Taylor Schuster
Taylor Schuster was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. He attended Charleston County public schools until he enrolled in the University of South Carolina. While at the University of South Carolina, Mr. Schuster was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order, Rho Chapter. Mr. Schuster graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications.
Once his undergraduate degree was completed, he enrolled in the Charleston School of Law. While at the Charleston School of Law, Taylor was a member of the Charleston School of Law Moot Court Board as well as a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, while in law school, Mr. Schuster was employed by Pritchard & Elliott, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, LLC as a law clerk. Taylor went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from the Charleston School of Law in 2011 and has been licensed to practice law in South Carolina since 2011. Taylor is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.
In 2012 Mr. Schuster decided to form Anderson & Schuster, Attorneys at Law, LLC with his great friend of many years, Austin Anderson. Together Mr. Anderson and Mr. Schuster serve the needs of clients in the Mt. Pleasant, Charleston, Summerville, North Charleston, Moncks Corner, Daniel Island, Goose Creek, James Island, West Ashley and Hanahan areas. Mr. Schuster’s Practice areas include: Personal Injury, Auto/Truck/Motorcycle Accidents, Premises Liability, Contract Formation, Contract Disputes, Landlord-Tenant Disputes, and Construction Litigation.
